Cancellation Policy
Booking and cancelling a HelloStay hotel is a quick and simple process.
Even though we would be delighted to have you, our easy cancellation policy ensures that you will get quick confirmation and quick refunds in the event that your plans change. Our standard check-in time is 2 p.m.

Before check-in:
Any cancelled reservation made up to 72 hours before the planned check-in date will receive a full refund. The whole booking price will be subtracted as cancellation fees for any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
On the date of check-in
If you cancel a reservation after the specified check-in time or do not show up at the hotel, the entire booking cost will be charged as cancellation/no-show fees..
On the date of check-in
When you fail to check into the hotel, there will be no refund for the booking.
How to Cancel
You can use our mobile app or website to cancel your booking. Alternatively, you may also send us an email at contact@hellostay.com. Upon cancellation, you will receive a refund to your wallet immediately. If you wish to transfer the refund to your bank account, you can apply for a withdrawal request from the wallet, and the payment will be credited within 10 working days.
Payment Policy
For bookings, guests have to settle all outstanding payments at check-in time. The hotel will be unable to provide further accommodation until the outstanding amount is settled.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out
Certain hotels provide a guaranteed early check-in starting at 6 a.m. on the day of check-in. While some of these hotels charge a minimal fee (up to 50% of the average tariff), the majority of them offer this service for free.

Early check-in will be subject to availability. Our standard check-in time is 12 pm and it may vary based on the property. Extra charges will apply according to the policy below:
